Edmund Kanmiki Lead Fellow
Edmund W. Kanmiki is a researcher and social innovator with extensive experience in implementation research. He has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Economics. He has played key roles in the successful implementation of several research programs and won several awards including the MasterCard Scholarship award and the Elsevier Atlas award among others. Edmund has previously served as a Consultant for some national and multinational institutions including the Ghana Health Service, the Palladium Group, JICA and Copenhagen Consensus among others. He is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Queensland. Edmund is a member of the International Union for the Scientific Study of Populations (IUPSS), the Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH), the Union of African Population Studies (UAPS), African Health Economics and Policy Association (AfHEA) and the Health Systems Global Association (HSGA). He has numerous peer-review publications in top tier academic journals.
